Mark McNamara

Managing Director and CEO

  • 30+ year background in the engineering technology commercialization and environmental services fields

  • Founder of Hydrodec and Infinite Oil

  • Led the establishment and growth of a multinational tech and product business in the oil and utilities space

  • Managed the design construction, commissioning, and operation of multiple refining plants

  • Served as MD, CEO and CTO of listed company

  • Extensive engineering technology strategic market development experience

  • University Degree in Applied Science (Chemistry)

  • Post Graduate studies in General Management (ICSA)

Tim Skerman

Bjorn Zikarsky

Director of Infinite Oil

  • Alternative asset management and specialist investor in infrastructure and utilities across private and listed markets globally

  • Head of Listed Investments at H.R.L. Morrison & Co, a specialist infrastructure investment manager and operator

  • Prior to joining Morrison & Co he sourced and managed special situations investments for a global multi-strategy infrastructure and utilities fund manager in London.  Earlier career in investment and business development roles for a number of global utilities

  • He has served on the board of listed and privately held companies over his 25+ year career

  • M.App.Fin, BCom, BEcon

Director of Infinite Oil

  • Business builder, entrepreneur, and manager

  • Has worked globally for the last 20 years in business building and sales activities

  • Managing Director and CEO of Pure Battery Technologies, a downstream material processing technology company for the battery industry

  • Co-founder (2009) and Director of Square Resources Group with 15 employees and over $300m revenue

  • Prior to Square, Senior Vice President in Investment Banking

  • MBA from The Wharton School of Business
